OntoCOG

The Clusters of Orthologous Groups (COG) system uses evolutionary relationships to cluster proteins from different genomes into different functional categories. OntoCOG is an ontology-based Semantic Web application for COG-based gene set enrichment analysis.

Simple tutorial:

Select one species: Select an species from the drop-down list.
Provide Input protein GIs: The input data includes a list of protein GIs.
Output: The output file is an OWL file that list the calculated results.
